Flört Şiddetini Araştırmak: Zorluklar & Fırsatlar

Çalıştayın içeriği:

Flört şiddeti üzerine araştırmalar son 10 yılda ulusal literatürde de hız kazanmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar anlamlı ve değerli olmakla birlikte, içerik ve yöntem bakımından uluslararası flört şiddeti literatürünün oldukça gerisinde kalmaktadır. Bu çalıştay kapsamında, flört şiddeti üzerine araştırma yapmak isteyen araştırmacılar, dünyada ve Türkiye’de flört şiddeti araştırmaları üzerine kısaca bilgilenecek, flört şiddeti araştırmalarındaki zorlukları anlayacak, flört şiddeti araştırmalarındaki fırsatları keşfedecek ve tüm bunlar ışığında bir araştırma planı oluşturabileceklerdir.

Çalıştay için önemli notlar: 

Bu çalıştaydan maksimum verimi elde etmek için, katılımcıların, yapmak istedikleri flört şiddeti araştırmasına ilişkin bir araştırma projesi oluşturmaları beklenmektedir. Araştırma projesinde,

  1. Araştırmanın deseni (nitel-nicel, korelasyonel, deneysel, nedensel karşılaştırmalı, ikili, boylamsal gibi),
  2. Katılımcı grubu (ergenler, genç yetişkinler, üniversite öğrencileri, psikolojik danışmanlar gibi),
  3. Katılımcı grubunun çeşitliliği (kadın, LGBTİ+, engelli, mülteci/sığınmacı gibi)
  4. Kuramsal temel (bağlanma, sosyal öğrenme kuramı, feminist kuram, güç kuramı gibi),
  5. Flört şiddetinin türü (fiziksel, cinsel, psikolojik, siber, ekonomik, stalking gibi),
  6. Flört şiddetinin biçimi (uygulama, maruz bırakılma gibi)
  7. Flört şiddeti değişkenleri (nedenleri, sonuçları, risk faktörleri/koruyucu faktörler, yardım isteme davranışları gibi)
  8. Flört şiddeti değişkenleri (deneysel değişkenler: koruyucu/önleyici çalışmalar, bystander effect gibi)
  9. Flört şiddetinin biçimi kullanılacak ölçme araçları,
  10. Kullanılacak analiz (içerik analizi-tematik analiz, nedensen karşılaştırmalı analizler, regresyon, moderator & mediator analizleri, ikili analiz, boylamsal analiz, faktört analizleri gibi)

gibi noktalarda, önbilgilerin bir en azından bir kısmının belirlenmiş olması taslak araştırmayı çalıştay sırasında netleştirmek açısından önemli olacaktır.

Son olarak, araştırma projesinin tasarlanması aşamasında yukarıdaki noktalara yönelik okunacak, gözden geçirilecek (1)meta analiz, sistematik literatür taraması temelli araştırmaların (2)çalıştay yöneticisi tarafından yayımlanmış araştırmaların bir kısmı aşağıda listelenmiştir.
